We are looking for a person who can manage all of the functions of the company, from administrative to finance/accounting. Availability to work from Monday to Friday, 9 daily hours and fluency in English
REQUIRED PERSONAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
Responsible, self-motivated and able to work by him/herself, looking to improve operational processes of the company, very well organized, self-confident and not afraid to communicate with other people (locally or globally), honest.
Required:
• Minimuim of 3 years in either administration or finance area
• Understanding of accounting and cost accounting
• Preferable experience in soft commodity or trading companies
• Mandatory: advanced level of spoken English
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
• Administrative tasks:
Manage all of the administrative tasks of the company including
o Attend to phone calls and visits
o coordination with local and global service providers and suppliers
o Keeping track of the Intelectual Property as well as the Commissions to be charged to company clients
o Coordinate meetings with customers/suppliers
o Make travel arrangements
o Support in HR activities when required
o Maintain updated the legal permits of the Company
• Reporting Tasks:
Prepare the weekly and monthly company reporting packages
• Finance Tasks:
Support in the financial area of the company by doing the following:
o Coordinate with the local accounting and tax firm to ensure that all of the necessary information is submitted to them (invoices, supporting information on travel expenses)
o Prepare the payment approval file
o Reconcile bank statements
o Set up wire transfers in the online banking system
• Commerical related tasks:
Supporting the General Manager with the identification of potential new customers and markets as well as supporting with current customer contacts by:
o Doing market research
o Preparing commercial and corporate presentations for meetings
o Support of clients in following up on ARs and other commercial matters related to commission customers
