US Senior Investment Analyst - Peninsula Investments

The person in this position will have, among others, the following responsibilities:

• Financial Modeling: Review and adapt financial models received from development partners to evaluate the financial performance and potential returns of investment projects.

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Research, review and compile market metrics like rents, occupancy levels, transactions, supply & demand. Use of multiple tools and databases to collect information, including phone calls. o Read and summarize market studies by industry experts.

• IC Decks Preparation: Prepare Investment Committee (IC) PowerPoint decks that clearly communicate the key aspects of proposed investments. Draft questions list for projects sponsors. Review project documents like Debt Term Sheets, GC's GMP contract.

• Marketing Materials: Prepare co-investment opportunity teasers as needed.

• Quick New Pipeline Reviews: Rapidly assess and analyze potential investment opportunities for their viability and alignment with our strategic goals.

• Updates and Databases: Ensure accuracy and accessibility of information. Regularly update crucial databases: Investment Pipeline, Leasing, Construction Costs, Operating Proformas. Regularly update Deal Tracker

• Validate distributions from Projects against the project cashflows and its agreed waterfall structure.

• Calculate realized KPIs for exited investments.

• Prepare investment performance update presentations for investors.

• Coordinate and support Back Office, Financial Team and Investor Relations Team with data requests.

Requisitos:

• Finance professional with 4 years of experience in the financial area
• High analytical ability and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Advanced level of spoken and written English
