We are seeking an experienced self-motivated, innovative individual to work on designing and implementing designs for mobile applications. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a balance of outstanding usability with high-quality visual design.

As part of the team, you'll make software relevant and visually stunning, delivering production-quality artwork and code assets in short release cycles. You'll use your understanding of current interactive design trends in mobile applications to translate needs and requirements into a design that is useful, highly attractive, professional and aligned with the overall brand message of the product.

You'll be part of a matured team of very motivated and talented people in Montevideo, while having the chance to work closely with highly qualified people in the US and Europe in the field of User Experience Design.

Responsibilities
-Create beautiful designs, mockups and functional user interfaces.
-Execute all aspects of the design process from concept to asset creation.
-Collaborate and iterate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate ideas and rationale effectively
-Support development through design asset creation and bug fixing.
-Present work to key stakeholders and project owners.

Qualifications
-University Degree in Design related field.
-Minimum 2 years of professional Design experience.
-HTML, CSS and/or XAML skills (Required).
-Experienced using software such as Photoshop, Illustrator or similar.
-Understanding of Interaction Design best practices.
-Clean and functional design sense.
-Team player and detail oriented.
-Very good English communication and writing skills.
