Acctg Ops Representative – LAR HUB

Description

Supports all of the planning and reporting activities for PepsiCo Latin America Plants.
Is responsible for the coordination of the monthly reporting processes for Costs, Operating Expenses and Freight. Coordinates activities and analyses the Annual Operating Process and Forecasts. Coordinates with Support Center, ensures accuracy of the managerial reporting for Plant and Consolidation.
Sets the regional reporting agenda, supports development of action plans, follows up implementation and leads regional projects.

Primary Accountabilities
•Leads and coordinates the Monthly Planning Close and Reporting process execution for Latin America Plants
•Coordinates, runs and analyses the Annual Operating Plan and Forecasts
•Supports the creation of Action Plans, Executes and Follows up accordingly
•Leads regional Financial projects
•Give service where required, offering a systematic or systemic focuses on knowledge of the area.

Experience and competencies required
•Accountant or economist degree
•At least 5 year experience – preferred in Multinational Companies
•Highly analytical, motivated, decisive thought team leader with excellent managerial skills
•Strong sense of periodization and ownership
•Ability to think broadly and influence multiple decisions
•Strong verbal and written communication skills to influence senior leaders and peers
•Advanced proficiency business English both oral and written, including technical lexicon
