The Compensation Manager will work with the Compensation team to design and build an innovative, competitive and analytically driven compensation offering and support the compensation needs of the organization globally.

Responsibilities:

• Consulting with business leaders on compensation decisions and strategy
• Support recruiters with compensating offers
• Analytics for new or existing compensation programs
• Job evaluations, workforce classification projects
• Compensation planning, program administration, comp program automation projects
• Responding to comp-related questions from managers, HR business partners and recruiters

Requirements:
• BS or BA in economics, business administration or another field that uses quantitative analysis (advanced degree strongly preferred)
• Strong analytical skills, mastery of Excel and PowerPoint, great comfort with ERPs
• 3 years of relevant experience in compensation analysis or consultant role
• Ability to work closely with HR business partners and seamlessly serve clients
• Deep subject matter expertise in one or more of the following compensation disciplines: salary and incentive plan design and administration, sales compensation, international compensation, equity compensation, executive pay.
• Experience with US employment law and practices is a plus.
