We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive ERP Support Analyst to join our dynamic IT team.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2 years of experience in providing technical support for ERP systems. Strong understanding of ERP modules, configurations, and workflows.
Knowledge of Microsoft NAV2018 (Business Central) or D365 FO is an advantage.
Certifications in relevant ERP Technologies are a plus.

Target position:
The ERP Support Analyst will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and end-user support for our current ERP system Microsoft NAV 2018.
The successful candidate will collaborate with users, cross-functional teams, and vendors to ensure the smooth operation of our ERP environment.
Main objectives:
• User Support: Provide timely and effective support to end-users experiencing issues with the ERP system. Troubleshoot and resolve problems related to system functionality, configuration, and data entry.
• Incident Resolution: Manage and prioritize support tickets to ensure timely resolution within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors for complex issue resolution.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for common issues, resolutions, and troubleshooting procedures. Contribute to the development and maintenance of the knowledge base.
• Training and Onboarding: Assist in training new users on ERP system functionalities and best practices. Develop and update training materials to empower users with self-help resources.
• System Configuration: Assist in the configuration and customization of the ERP system based on user needs and business requirements. Collaborate with the ERP Support Team Lead on system enhancements.
• Collaboration with Vendors: Liaise with ERP vendors to escalate and resolve issues requiring vendor intervention. Stay informed about software updates, patches, and new features provided by the ERP vendor.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Utilize monitoring tools to identify and address potential issues proactively. Generate reports on support ticket trends, system performance, and user feedback.
• User Feedback Analysis: Gather and analyze user feedback to identify areas for improvement and user satisfaction. Provide insights to the ERP Support Team Lead for continuous improvement.
• Change Management: Assist in managing changes to the ERP system, including version upgrades and new feature implementations. Communicate changes to end-users and support teams as needed.
• Emergency Response: Contribute to the development and implementation of contingency plans for emergency situations. Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure a rapid response to critical issues.
