ERP Support Specialist

We currently in search of an ERP Support Specialist to join our team. The ERP Support Specialist will provide application support to end-users. This position will implement, upgrade and support Travel Leaders Financial Systems. In this role, you will need to identify, design, develop and implement process improvements interfaces, workflow and programs.

Responsibilities:
•Research system errors and glitches
•Error reporting to Financial Systems Team
•Trouble Shooting - in conjunction with Accounting and Financial Systems Team
•Communicate with end users regarding system issues and overall status
•Training – As Needed
•Coordinate installation of program fixes and troubleshoot programming and systems problems associated with applications already in use.
•Drive simplification and standardization of finance business processes.
•Apply accounting and auditing principles and techniques to ensure that data integrity, internal controls, and audit trails are maintained throughout all applications.
•Perform work related to special projects involving systems analysis and implementation, as assigned.
•Develop and be accountable for the key information and metrics relating to the finance business processes.
•Review error messages and provide application support to end users for financial management system and related applications.
•Develop documentation and training for end users on how to effectively use financial management system features and related applications.
•Perform other financial system work as required.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•2 yrs. experience in Financial Systems analysis and design.
•Strong understanding of how systems interact with applications and processes.
•Experience working with ERP systems.
•Experience in software implementation projects.
