Global Procurement Assoc Analyst

Description:

This role will be responsible for all Indirect Procurement in Colonia’s manufacturing site. As such it will drive significant cost, cash, compliance, quality and service benefits for the business.
This position reports to the Global Proc Sr Supervisor.

Primary Accountabilities:
•Leading sourcing execution for all spend (including freight) and suppliers, with full accountability for meeting productivity, cash and preferred supplier targets.
•Supplier selection through tender and eAuctions processes.
•Partnering with key business stakeholders to ensure sourced goods and services meet the needs of the business.
•Partnering with the wider PepsiCo Global Procurement and PepsiCo partners to leverage the Power of One for Indirect Procurement.
•Managing supplier relationship and performance with the business for strategic or critical suppliers.
•Ensuring compliance to Purchasing Policy and audit documentation.
•Contract management for all relevant contracts.
•Driving business productivity metrics affected by indirect sourcing and ensuring their accuracy and timeliness.

Experience and competencies required:
•Logistics or Finance Degree ( Preferable ).
•At least 3-year experience in world-class companies within Procurement environment.
•Negotiations and analytical skills with the ability to manage and develop supplier relationships.
•Preferably with knowledge in SAP.
•Good verbal/written communication skills (Spanish and English).
•Excellent Microsoft tools skills.
•Self-initiator, proactivity, capacity for teamwork, good interpersonal skills.
•Ability to manage multiple, complex tasks.
•Ability to problem solve and make quick decisions.
•Emotional self-awareness.
