Job description:

We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to support a busy sales team help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. Our international environment, direct client communication and broad selection of technically-oriented products and services make this position very diverse and challenging.

THE CHALLENGE:

• Administrative support of our Sales Team
• Support of existing customers and dealing with new customer leads and corresponding opportunities
• Support of Sales Director for pricing and quotation preparation, sales information and presentations
• Core contract preparations (commercial conditions, payment terms) for submitting draft for legal approval - no translations or medium - major legal changes
• Direct communication with potential and existing customers
• Product Presentations to clients
• Communication with all the internal departments and observation of all internal cross-functional processes required for a sale
• CRM maintenance - being source of deeper knowledge about the CRM system and responsible of customer database to keep it clean and enrich it
• Basic, sales-oriented technical support
• Sales Inbox management

YOUR PROFILE:

• Undergraduate degree (or higher) with a focus in business management, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Experience in a similar role between 2-3 years
• Fluent in English (both written and verbal). Portuguese or Sapnish are considered a plus
• Familiar with CRM systems, Salesforce experience preferred
• Good presentation, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong drive for results with a proven track record of achievement
• Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Build and manage relationships
• Self-motivated and have a professional discipline with excellent follow-through
• Flexible and able to work under pressure
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Knowledge of sports, betting/gambling and technology is considered a plus
