The SharePoint Solutions Analyst is responsible for working with our US-based SharePoint Consultant in analyzing our clients’ SharePoint environments (or to provide guidance and best practices on a new environment should one not exist), and to create solutions to clients’ business problems utilizing SharePoint and S+.
The consultant will also liaise with our Engineering team to verify viability of proposed solutions, research feature additions prioritized according to company value, and provide SharePoint expertise to the Solutions Consultants, Sales, and other Services staff members. The consultant will also interface with partners as both a SharePoint and Infragistics subject matter expert in order to assist them in establishing processes for working with their clients.
Responsibilities
• Properly analyze SharePoint solutions and environments of Infragistics customers to create mobile solutions utilizing SharePoint and EM Suite.
• Coordinate and support Solutions definitions with US SharePoint Consultants and Sales Solution Consultants.
• Provide guidance and best practices to define or re-structure SharePoint’s environments to support EM solutions.
• Work with EM Engineering teams to validate proposed solutions and to request feature additions to product.
• Research specific technical topics under the Solution Analysis to reduce risks (including prototyping if needed).
• Properly scope SharePlus Launchpad functionality and work with Launchpad developers in defining breadth of functionality.
• Elaborate Final Implementation Proposals and negotiate the technical aspects with client. Provide appropriate SharePoint recommendations and advanced technical support during project implementation.
Qualifications
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent
• Microsoft SharePoint certifications
• 5+ years Software Consulting experience
• 3+ years SharePoint Consulting experience, specifically implementing SharePoint solutions
• Ability to quickly learn and provide value when placed in unfamiliar settings
• Ability to build confidence within team and client
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Strong presentation, workshop facilitation, technical and business writing skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to manage client expectations

• Experience with InfoPath, SharePoint Workflow, Enterprise Content Management, Enterprise Search
• Experience with EMM/MDM enterprise systems
• Knowledge in Business Intelligence, Networks or Security areas
• HTML5/JavaScript/CSS/jQuery or XML hands on experience
• Android/iOS knowledge and/or practical experience
• Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server
