Support Agent in English and German or French

We’re looking for Support Agent, passionate about learning, with excellent customer skills, to work in a multinational IT company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Should be able to handle inbound / Outbound calls
-Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
-Follow-up and update customer status and information


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
-Intermediate / advanced:
.English and French level
or
.English and German level
-Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
-Time availability, including weekend shifts (morning, evening or night shifts)
-Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products
-Customer-oriented and should have good customer handling skills
