Configurations Team Business Analyst

Our Global Health & Group Benefits (GHGB) practice helps our clients, both local and headquarters management, in the design, establishment, financing, operation, oversight and monitoring of their employee benefit programs around the world. In doing so we work closely with our local offices in other geographies, as well as subject matter experts in other segments.

As a Configurations Team Business Analyst within GHGB, you will be an integral member of the global team, involved in a number of data implementation activities to support our international benefits offerings including the following activities:

- Gathering requirements, setting scrubbing parameters, and building data validations into our proprietary data cleaning system.
- Supporting the global coordination of enrollment operations for health and group benefits for our clients around the world, including provision of annual reports and quarterly updates, performing benchmarking analysis of common data errors, and keeping client enrollment data up to date.
- Coordinating with local brokers on timing, implementations, and requirements gathering for the successful implementation of the enrollment process.

The Requirements:
- Currently studying or graduated from a university degree in a program with emphasis on programming or mathematics (e.g. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics or Mathematics)
- Proven experience working in a technical environment and data configuration skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; programming skills are preferred
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken (will be tested); fluency in an additional language is desirable
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects, working with tight deadlines and producing quality deliverables on time
- Collaboration with a global team, including taking accountability for quality on-time delivery of work
- Flexibility and ability to work both independently and on client teams
- Strong analytical and creative skills
