The Administrative Assistant works as a multi tasked position and performs a variety of duties at the office. His main aim is to run the company smoothly and to assist the HR Manager of the company. The responsibilities he has to perform on a daily basis include the following tasks:

• Attending phone calls in English from customers in the US, UK and Canada.

• Doing weekly Time Reports.

• Organising the office layout and maintaining supplies of stationery and equipment.

• Maintaining the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.

• In charge of billing and accounting duties.

• Using scanner and processing documents.

• Maintaining office files and documents.

• Finding best solutions to overcome any hurdles in the company.

• Planning and scheduling meetings.

• Helping in recruitment processes.

• Replying to the emails received by the clients.

• Reports to the HR manager.

Skills required:

• Knowledge of accounting, HR management, administrative tasks.

• English: very advanced (effective written and verbal communication skills)

• Computing skills (MS Office)
