Customer Service Agent - Portuguese, French and Russian speakers

We are looking for Service Agents to join our team!
-Portuguese, English and Spanish speaker.
-French, English and Spanish speaker.
-Russian, English and Spanish speaker.

Service Team is in charge of Customer Care, our agents will be in contact with between 30 and 60 students every day through outbound calls and e-mails to offer a solution for the issues the students may have. Our agents provide solutions related to both service and technical support.

Requirements:
-Portuguese fluent speaker.
-French fluent speaker.
-Russian fluent speaker.
-Enlglish written and speaker advanced.
-Previous experience in customer care.
-Team work player.
-Technical knowledge.
-Assertive.
-Service oriented.
-Sales skills.

Important things:
The working hours for this position are:
-French Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 17:00
-Russian Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 17:00
-Portuguese Sunday to Thursday 15:00 to 22:00
