Retention Account Excecutives - Bilingual

We are looking for Retention Account executives to join our team!
Both French and English speakers.
Borh Portuguese and English speakers.

Retention is a team with three main purposes:
Retain signed customers (who ask to cancel course participation).
Billing Problems (to charge outstanding tuition fees).
Selling additional courses to current students.

Requirements:
• French, English and Spanish fluent speaker.
• Portuguese, English and Spanish fluent speaker.
• Previous experience in sales and/or collections.
• Charismatic
• Ambitious
• Assertive
• Reliable
• Service oriented
• Skilled in negotiation

Important things:
• The working hours for this position are:
English and French speakers Tuesday to Saturday 9:30-17:00.
English and Portuguese speakers Sunday to Thursday 15:30-23:00.
