Service Desk Agent in English and German French or Italian

We’re looking for Service Desk Agents, passionate about learning, with excellent customer skills, to work in a multinational IT company.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Should be able to handle inbound / Outbound calls

-Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance

-Follow-up and update customer status and information


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

-Intermediate / advanced English level (Ref. TSI)

-Intermediate / advanced Italian (Ref. TSIT) , German (Ref. TSG) or French level (Ref. TSF)

-Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills

-Time availability, being able to include weekend shifts

-Customer-oriented and should have good customer handling skills

- Minimum ONE year experience in similar position
